Swarna Jyothi/ Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 – 18hrs of the workshop with Certification
Reiki is a Japanese Healing technique to release stress and improve health and vitality. Swarna Jyothi Reiki Method has been devised based on our 11 years of research and practice, along with our strong student community of 1200+. In this Reiki method, You will be learning Usui Reiki infused with Zen meditation and Inner Yoga concepts, with lots of hands-on healing practices. So just one practice to improve your health as well as release stress and take charge of your life completely.
Swarna Jyothi Usui Reiki Level I & II workshops online spread over 2-week ends and it covers:
- Introduction to Energy and Healing
- Usui Reiki history and background
- Reiki Attunements for Usui Reiki Level-1 & 2 (Initiations)
- Reiki Gokai- 5 Ideals of Usui
- Gassho Meditation
- Kenyoku – Aura Clearing technique
- Reiji Ho – Intuitive Guidance for healing
- Chiyo – Healing Treatment for self and Others
- Balancing technique for the Chakra Energy system
- Full body healing treatment – hand Positions
- Spot Healing and Fast routine healing
- Giving Reiki to animals and plants
- Giving Reiki to Past issues
- Giving Reiki to Future goals and events
- Reiki II symbols, deeper, complete meaning, how to use them
- Ample time given for Hands on healing practice in the workshop itself.
- Students will learn how to use distance healing methods to heal past memories and difficult emotions. ( Inner Child Healing) * New
- Students will experience a guided session on ancestral healing. After instruction and guidance about ancestral healing, you will learn to use Reiki Distance Healing methods with a focus on healing your ancestors. * New
- Learn how to meditate on the symbols; * New
- 21 days – Self-healing – at the deeper level combining mirror work and Reiki. * New
Reiki Master: Saainirmala Perumall – Reiki Master -9th in the lineage from Usui. She has done courses from various reiki masters including Colleen Benelli / William Lee Rand / Vidya Singh/ Pravin Patel / Balakrishna Guruji/ Neelam Kewlani and others. Have more than 2000+ hours of Reiki experience in imparting this knowledge to students for the past 11 years.
Duration: 18 hours of Zoom workshop spread over the two weekends.
